Waste Management, a leader in environmental services, wanted an electronic tool to streamline the recruitment process for its 50-60 field recruiters.
Workware worked collaborative with the client to create a 450+ page electronic playbook that outlines a consistent hiring process for exempt and non-exempt employees.
Consistent hiring procedures are increasing efficiency in the field and is resulting in better retention. The electronic playbook also won the Creative Excellence Grand Prize for Employee/Internal Communications.
